5. DATA ASSIGNMENT

By providing your personal data through the application form for a presentation at the International Bioenergy Congress, you express your consent for the incorporation of said information into a file that facilitates its processing and exclusive use by AVEBIOM.

You expressly authorize AVEBIOM to transfer the data to AEBIG (Spanish Biogas Association, CIF: G85603520) for purposes related to the organization of the event (specifically, the selection of the presentations for the International Bioenergy Congress as a member of the organizing committee).

No other data transfers or international transfers of your data are planned, except for those authorized by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, as well as in those cases in which a judicial authority requires us to do so.
