Chemical Engineer from the University of Valladolid and PhD in Environmental Biotechnology from the University of Lund. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Sustainable Processes and a professor at the School of Industrial Engineering. He has worked on the development and validation of new technologies for upgrading biogas to biomethane. In the last year he has collaborated with ACCIONA in determining the methanogenic potential of organic waste.
