Dr. William Sganzerla holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Engineering. Currently, work as “Project Manager Biogas” at VORN Bioenergy GmbH (Regensburg, Germany) for the development of full-scale biomethane projects (agricultural and industrial) in Europe. His tasks include the development and management of new projects, from the initial project idea through to construction maturity, supporting the management board in strategic issues and contributing with creative ideas for the design of innovative biomethane projects. He is authored and published more than 85 scientific papers in high-impact factor/peer-reviewed journals, in addition to holding 4 patents in the field of by-products valorization and biogas production.
